Another very nourishing ingredient with a thousand properties, even for the nails, is the egg yolk: combined with lemon juice, it must be massaged on the nail and finally rinsed.
L’avocado It is often present in many houses because it is a versatile ingredient and which is very good, even for the nails. By creating a cream with olive oil, salt, yogurt and lemon, you can apply it on the fragile nails once a week to postpone them.
Finally, it yogurt, combined with two tablespoons of olive oil and lemon juice, it proves to be very effective to restore vigor to the weak nail.
Once the mixture is created, it will be simply applied on the nails, left on for a few minutes and then rinsed with warm water.
